Our Story

Dragon Bites Wholesome Horse Treats started as a fun project for my horse, Prince, and his friends at our local barn. We wanted fresh, healthy treats at a good value for our favorite “dragons”.

We insisted they be neither too crunchy, nor too soft, without fillers or added sweeteners, so we used simple, human-grade, natural ingredients to support overall health.

The results were obvious; these little “bites” brought our horses lots of joy. Taste test after taste test proved the horses preferred the fresh treats over many standard well-known brands.

What began as small batches for Prince and his friends, continued. Since then, we’ve perfected our original recipe, developed seasonal favorites and even added pill pockets!
